Trap Silver Element Symbol

Has anyone had any trouble with the silver elemental sticker coming off the traps?

i saw a video or two before it was released of the E3 life torch having the sticker come off, and was wondering whether anyone had had it happen to any of their traps.

i am trying to decide whether its worth getting some clear varnish, or some clear nail polish to seal and protect the silver elemental symbol, or whether it isn't really necessary.

Honestly no, I haven't so far.

The E3 Life Torch trap's sticker, however, seemed different from the silver ones on the regular traps...
Maybe it was still a "prototype", in some ways...?

My kids had all the traps in the bubble bath the other day, and honestly, I don't think those are stickers!! If you look on ebay also, there is a kaos trap with the emblem on the side in paint, so I'm pretty sure it's not a sticker that will come off.. Hope these facts help out!

Yes YRoc's sticker came off. I haven't had any problems.

No problems here. Even so, I'm still careful not to touch that part of the trap.

If they survived a hot bubble bath, I'm sure they will be fine, if not, there is always a return option at most stores , lol

Haven't had a problem myself, but the elemental symbol on the Tidal Tiki stuck in the Trap Slot of the local TRU's STT display has been badly damaged.

Phoenix Crystal is the best unreleased Crystal.
Skylanders Academy Season 2 was an improvement.
I don't know what to think of Skylanders' future.

When I applied Scupley brand gloss glaze to the silver element symbols on the Traps, it actually works. Here's the video I found on YouTube.

Are you saying that you do not want to protect the symbols on your Traps?

The problem only occurs with Life Traps
I tried scratching them with nails and the only ones that got damaged were the life ones

Maybe the people who produce Traps should have made the symbols on them less likely to be scratched off.

Haven't tried using Mod Podge on my Traps before. Mod Podge usually comes in bigger plastic jars whereas Sculpey gloss glaze come in smaller glass jars.
