Due to problems with the update (remove, reinstall, use an earlier version from iCloud and so on) there is no way I can collect from Orville in time for the undead mission.
Do you think I can claim not beeing able to get the undead sanctum as an missing item due to the new version?

I had a similar issue back in June. I submitted a ticket through their Facebook page and they credited by account with 2,500 gems so I could just purchase it.

I would time travel and fix it myself. That's BS...

Just be careful. Use it to farm resources, and it'll ruin the game. Like anything powerful, it's easily abused if not managed. Using it to fix something like this though, I have no problem with that at all. Just remember uncle Stan's words about "With great power..."

Once the timed mission is over, you can't go back and finish it, that is, if you have opened the game since the timed mission was over. If you haven't opened the game since, then put your device in airplane mode, set your time back and go for it. However, you want to make sure you go back far enough. If, say, you have 5 collections. You'll need to go back, at least, 5 days before the mission was over. If you only go back a day or two, the timer will start with that date/time in mind and won't let you collect again until that timer is up.

Only if you haven't opened the game since the quest ended. Once you open the game, it will see that the time is up and remove the timed quest from your list keeping you from doing any more with it. |
