loading screen issue and series 2 spyro problem

stuck on the chompy mountain loading screen and trap team wont read spyros nfc chip, yet works with swap force both problems on ps4

EDIT: hold on, turns out the chip wasn't working right and putting him in Swap Force and updating the data on it fixed him, had the same problem with all figures whose last "boom time" was on Swap Force

though doing that raised a new question, why does trap team think the football hat is the springtime hat, someone care to help me on that bit?

i don't have Series 1 nor 3 Spyro

remove the hat from the character and remove the character from the portal. then put him back on the portal, now you got the correct hat and you also have the football hat...
