Apologies if this should be old news, however I found something on my Xbox 360 today that I figured I'd share. There was an advertisement for the Trap Team game and when I clicked on it, a screen for Trap Team was loaded. The screen offers you a Trap Team theme, gamer pictures and a Chompy Mage avatar prop if you watch the four videos. I did and got all the afore mentioned items for free. So for anyone with a 360 (not sure about any other consoles that they are doing this on) keep you eye out for a Trap Team ad in the little boxes where they normally have the ads.

In the screen that pops up when you click on the little ad, it has four traps: one that's in the trap slot and three around the portal. You can cycle through the different traps and play a video on each one. After watching all four, it will unlock the Chompy Mage prop that you can download.

For anyone who's wondering about the theme, it has Kaos, Snapshot and the blue traptanium background.

I wish they would offer stuff to buy beyond this. Like I know the Skylander shirt from the last game was highly speculated as an avatar shirt but it didn't end up anywhere.

I can't find this anywhere on the dashboard. Any ideas?

The ad no longer shows up but if you go to extras you can easily find the themes and icons. Sad I missed out on the Chompy Mage.

I have my 360 on as I am typing this and I'm seeing the Trap Team ad on two different screens. The ads that show up in the ad box on each page are random. As you cycle through each tab on the main home screen, you should hopefully see one for Trap Team. For me it showed up on the Home tab as well as the Games one. However, I believe that whenever you load up a game or restart the 360, it will randomly load ads again into each of the ad boxes. Hopefully this helps, but I can assure you that I just saw the ad to get these mere moments ago.

If you log into your Xbox account online (through the computer) you can search for skylanders and it'll bring up the chompy accessory for download that way. That's how I did it!
