Traps not working

I don't know if there's a topic about this but, i just got the dark edition and a was using the water tiki trap you get with the game and i put gulper in the trap and then switched and went on with Kaos and so forth, then i put the water tiki back on and it dident recognize or just dident work no lights from the portal when you put a trap in light up so it dident work tried putting it back in a day later thought it just was a little bug but still doesn't work has anyone experienced this yet? at least this is my 2nd water tiki trap. - thankssmilie

Every once in a while my traps don't work, but I usually just have to take them out and put them back in.
I've noticed that this portal seems to be slower to recognize skylanders than the previous ones, might have something to do with the sheer number of skylanders and traps this time around.

what format you play on?... i have no slowdown with my ps3 version...

beenox made that version so not strange it got these serious bugs/glitches, after all beenox swap force was a catastrophe..
