I have to agree in a sense, the game was way to easy, and way to short.
I thought it was going to be way longer

I didn't really hate it, but I had expected a lot more. So, it wasn't bad, but it could have been better.

Just because Spyro2008 didn't like this particular game in the series, it doesn't mean he's a Spyro hater. Everyone has their own opinions on this game, and some are obviously different from yours. Someone who didn't find this game fantastic wouldn't necessarily start yelling at you about how much the game sucked and why you should hate it; so please don't do the same.

Agree with almost everyone. Not bad but could have been better, controls need to be improved as well as other things. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. Spyro2008 can say what he wants, he's not doing anything wrong.

Well people like Spyro2008 should keep their opinions to themselves instead of just letting them out to anger and upset other true Spyro fans here. People who love Spyro will hate that kind of person and it'll cause a riot, not to mention flaming among each other and calling them haters.

I can see myself saying I don't like the Spyro series where it's headed, down the drain. Actually, I've said that.
I used to love Spyro, 1-3, Insomniac Games was really a great team.

Spyro2008 is aloud to have his own opinion. It isn't in the "Forum Rules" he can't, so I dark probably won't close this topic unless this 'conversation' you guys are having turns into a riot of some sorts. But Aura is right on some things, too. The way you posted this topic was a bit immature. You didn't state why you hated this game, which makes the criticism in this topic seem not very constructive, and just as bad as a heap of SPAM.

Just finished a scathing review but it has failed to alleviate the hatred and disappointment I have felt since finishing this game. There are times I hate having to say I told you so, but having to say it to myself yet again... it chills my very soul. This may seem overly dramatic but having been a Spyro fan since his golden days in my early youth and seeing him change so drastically and fall so far...

Being a massive cynic there are precious few things I look forward to with any real hope and each announcement of Spyro's coninued existence has always been one of them. I may dislike the games but I will always love the series and its characters.

So anyway to sum up: I don't like TLoS, I don't like DotD and I don't like the franchises current "new" direction. But I will continue to look forward to every Spyro release until the long awaited spark that brings Spyro back to life.

Or until the franchise whispers its final dying breath.

I never really liked TLOS. But I guess I would of liked it if it had least apes being chucked at you! They went over board with that! There was hardly anytime to walk without those apes trying to kill your from every direction! But I did liked DOTD. I've gotta addmit, its one of my fav games. But I think it can be a bit more better. The story line was great and a bit crappy at the same time. Also, with the free flight, I think Spyro and Cynder should be able to fly higher and they should fly faster. The reason I really like this game is because (like I said in most topics)

I agree with you in that sense, there wasn't enough combat in DOTD, and the gameplay got boring on some parts. I still like the game, but i have to agree with you in that sense

I've said this a couple of times but, my six year old cousins are way more Mature than most of the people here.

You know, posting this hate thread about DotD without a reason why, is against the rules. If you want to constantly say negative things about Spyro without reason, then go to the other spyro forum where the members accept negative comments like yours and agree with you. Your comments are extremely aggravating and annoying to almost everyone here who love Spyro through and through.
