So downloaded app on my iphone and tried to log in with the account i have created on my ipad which has all my stuff and higher level kingdom. I think it replaced my high level kingdom with this bare bone starter kingdom. What do i do, i cant find an email for support to get this fixed.

Take a deep breath and try logging in on your iPad.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
It looks scary, because you are shown as logged into activate while also showing this new start-over kingdom, but seems to be happening to everyone and most people are fine once they delete and reinstall the app.

Not sure what happens when you play on multiple devices.

With the reinstall, it asks if you want to automatically login to activate. Since local data is deleted when the app is removed, I wonder if activate now stores information about the device using each account.

Unstalling and reinstalling woked once for me. Lost everything again..... Error code 10 and 12. Anyone else getoond these error codes?
