If you aren't aware, Sony just released a device that is essentially a Playstation Vita in a micro-console the size of a deck of playing cards. I'm going to arrange my thoughts on it so far here:
Good:
Persona 4 Golden on an HDTV
Games look very nice, even when upscaled
Pretty good internet browser
Customizable user interface
PS3/PS4 controllers are comfy, and both work well and sync easily
PS4 controller's touchpad works nicely
Persona 4 Golden on an HDTV
Bluetooth headsets can be used as wireless headphones
Can play versions of all five main Persona games.
Playstation Now makes it able to play certain PS3 games.
Bad:
Playstation Now's streaming service has ridiculous costs to 'rent' games.
Currently incompatible with video streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu.
Incompatible with some Vita games that really should be compatible (i.e. The Sly Collection). Check the list first.
The 'Featured' window that can't be closed, and is essentially used for advertising.
Still uses the Vita's expensive proprietary memory cards.
Once the Playstation TV gives more support for video streaming apps and games, though (especially Netflix), it'll be an excellent device.
