It is ice cream, it is just kinda rare at this point in the U.S.
It is just an ice cream cup with strawberry (idk what the exact term is) stuff and it comes with a wooden stick to eat it with (If you just happen to not have a spoon, which is unlikely)

oh. well uh, im pretty sure everyone's eaten one of those. maybe not that exact flavor but uh.... they kind of gave those away at schools and stuff

Yeah maybe, although I am pretty sure these only came in two flavors. (Strawberry and chocolate)

They always had these things when i went to school.

They have them at school events ALL THE TIME.

I used to always eat the orange flavored ones, lol.

Had those all the time back in high school, there're delicious.
I remember there being 4 flavors:

Vanilla
Strawberry Swirl
Chocolate Swirl
Solid Chocolate (this one was rare to get for some reason )

I remember those. Eating that ice cream with just a fat popsicle stick thing was strange...

Oh yeah! We had those in elementary school occasionally (I think there were four flavors that alternated: chocolate swirl, strawberry swirl (maybe), vanilla, and chocolate). So far in high school, we've only had the pure vanilla one. Don't think I'll have a swirl again

I just remember Vanilla, Chocolate, the Starwberry swirl, and for October they'd have some orange thing.

Those are very similar, if not, the same as Philly Swirl Ice Cream Cups. If you don't know what Philly Swirls are, it's Ice Cream that comes in the exact same cup as this, but it has more "kid friendly" flavors and each cup has 2 flavors mixed in. Those were awesome and I still get them occasionally.

they have those in plastic cones with small balls of bubblegum at the bottom over here. mostly popular on school sports days. i love them

I used to love those, but I don't remember the strawberry swirl one.

I usually eat those in plain vanilla and vanilla with chocolate swirls.

i have eaten them here in australia there everywhere

My nan occasionally buys them, always the strawberry swirl. Never knew any of the others existed.
