Ehh.. I don't care TOO much anymore. Skylanders already changed him A LOT and an actually REAL Spyro game doesn't look like it will come out anytime soon so...

I still care about Spyro and play his games sometimes (When I can and when I am in the mood. e.e), Skylanders included.

The real 2 Spyro's are dead now.

Spyro was on life support after EtD. AHT nearly kept him alive, but shortly died when TLoS came out.

He's still a part of my childhood and I still occasionally play the games, but he's not the big icon in my life that he used to be. Maybe he'll be more important again someday.

which is why i can see this website's untimely demise happening in early-mid 2015.

Relevant? Not at all. The Legendverse still seems to cause a flurry of activity in some areas of the internet and the classic games are good for a nostalgia trip, I suppose. But people have moved on to other games. <.<

I want to say I care, especially with Spyro 1 being one of my favorite games for the PS1.

But I can't. I stopped caring after my mixed feelings with A Hero's Tail and TLoS series. He is also forever a Skylander now.

I don't think he's going to get a new game anytime soon, but there is always a chance.

I joined in 2007 and have been lurking since 2006 I believe. So right around A New Beginnings release, which, what I think, killed the series when it was already on life support.

I stayed for the community.

I personally think Skylanders killed the series, but to each his own. (actually, Dawn of The Dragon did that, nvm)

EtD put Spyro in the hospital bed. AhT was the life support. TLoS killed the series.

Spyro 2 is the best out of the three games I played. (1 and the game that shall not be named)

they have reduced spyro to a worthless mini thing called 'spry', by the look of it he is even not worth the plastic to make full figure anymore. its like a slap in the face and a never ending bad joke to people that realy love him... they clearly by now dont give a damn about him anymore, after they ditched spyro as main charterer in ssa, and activision bought out insomniac there is no chance for a spyro game, even if hell freeze over. i have never in my life seen a so popular game charterer being treated like this before. its really a shame, spyro was one of the best, he could even compete with mario. but greedy activision just exploited him, and then throw him in the garbage like he was nothing. i really feel sad of the wrong doings that have been done to spyro... #LoveSpyroForever #NeverGiveUpSpyro #SpyroNeverForgotten
