The Slot Machine in The Academy

Does anyone know what that slot machine thing in the academy does? It is the first thing that Mags shows you. I press the action button to spin it, but it only gives me 25 gold. Can someone tell me what it is.

Bumping this, I'm wondering the same thing, always give 25 gold. Anyone tried using it while playing in co-op? Maybe if the Element symbol matches the Element of the two characters you get more gold? I can't test I only have one controller.

That slot machine can only produce little bit of gold. Nothing else. Also, I would close this topic if I were you.

Well if it's been proven that it does nothing else it's alright. But it looks like it was a scrapped feature,maybe there'd be bonus for Swappers,since Mags makes such a big fuss about it and it opens with an even more useless area(except for a trinket).

I believe this is just for money... though I will test that two player thing with it in a bit, and report back my findings!~

What elements do people get when they spin it? On all my saves I always get the exact same combination of Water/Tech and Undead (or Fire and Earth depending which line is the intended selection).

Water/Tech for me too.

I tried both combinations of Water Skylander with a Tech villain and Tech Skylander with a Water villain.

Nothing new.

Hey guys, I'm pretty sure that it is the combination of a Skylander and a villain to determine how much you get. For instance, the Water/Tech and Undead you should use Spy Buckler with Hood Sickle (or any Undead villain).

Hmm.... Yesterday when playing as a magic Skylander, the slot combination was Fire/Tech
