Evolved Variant Villains?

This is just a general question regarding anyone who has riot shield shredder and the game already and I was wondering if when riot shield shredder evolves does he have a completely different color scheme as an evolved "regular" shield shredder?

I mean like let's say you have outlaw brawl and chain in one trap and regular brawl and chain in the other you complete the quest and they both evolve, would they look exactly the same or have different colors afterward?

Thanks I was thinking of whether or not to get outlaw brawl and chain from target and just wanted to careful so I don't get screwed over later or something.
