Taking away PvP seems a very odd thing to do. Do you think that Acti may have an alternative in the works - say, an online PvP site?

Not a chance, due to "pedos". Is the excuse floating around.

It would make sense for them to release a separate online PvP game with heroics. A game soley made for older characters. Level them up, online support, etc

I never understood the "pedos" argument...just don't offer voice.

I think that online PvP would be fine if you can only play against people on your Friends list, or if there was no communication element for random matchups.

No chat, no voice, no nicknames, no user details.

There we go, I just removed EVERY single risk possible.

There's a possibility for griefing in PvP through gameplay, but come on, if you're trying to grief people in an expensive kids' game, you probably need to reassess your priorities. XD

I never really was into PvPs, especially since I don't have anyone to play Skylanders with.

As we already stated, it's certainly a lazy choice.
They didn't wanted to bother them with balance and equilibration.

A solid pvp game with online, clever bots and a bit of smash bros could be a real evolution.

I feel it's partly due to the tablet version. Since they don't want to implement online (at least yet), PVP would not work well on the tablet, and since they wanted it to be equal to the other platforms, they replaced PVP with Kaos Mode across all platforms.

I would really like a free online PC game

Phoenix Crystal is the best unreleased Crystal.
Skylanders Academy Season 2 was an improvement.
I don't know what to think of Skylanders' future.

Which is why those that DO like it wanted an online option.

I guess this is one way to skin the cat.

RIP GhostRoaster. He's reanimated as TakeYourLemons but occasionally is resurrected from the beyond when needed.
