Where do we have confirmation of that date for the US? Someone was told it by a gamestop employee but the employees there cannot be trusted...been burnt too many times by that. Plus toys r us always gets stuff earlier.

BTW Wave 2 already!? Seriously I'm gonna be reeling from Wave 1, let me catch my breath.....(mutters under breath) This stuffs still not cheap ya know...

The past two years Toys R Us has always had limited release on Wave 2 ahead of everyone else. Giants they had wave 2 the day after and with Swap Force they had wave 2 a couple days after!!! I'm hoping...I want Bushwhack!!!

I think the date was actually listed in Gamestop's system for the release date of those Trap Masters. So while I agree that employees may not necessarily know much of anything about any given topic, this is a date I believe that is in their system.

Even if it is in their system..it can be a placeholder date. They did that a bunch for the first infinity game which frustrated me. Until gamestop or any store for that matter does an advertisement for it...we should take it minimally.

Maybe someone should provide us a link to have this info confirmed or not?

I preordered the Wave 2 Trap Masters at GS and was quoted Oct 12. I am going to the TRU midnight release - I'm sure many others are as well, and we'll all report on what we find...

If you look at the receipt it usually says the release date is subject to change. Sometimes they just throw any date they want. I was quoted dates many times in the past from Gamestop and had the date changed to weeks later at the last minute. Not trying to be negative but just don't want to see Gamestop crush people's hopes and dreams haha. Once it is announced in email and on websites then we have official confirmation.

To be honest I don't care *that* much about when exactly I get them. I just like having it on preorder and not having to worry about going to multiple stores chasing them down. The hunt can be fun, but it ground me down a bit during SSF. I actually have all the figures on preorder, and am just going to TRU for the trap singles and the comic.

If I see it somewhere else and grab it before GS gets them, then I'll just cancel the preorder.
