Ruby gives Scratch damage boosts and replaces her original mask with a shiny red one.

Sapphire makes her faster attack and provides her with a shiny blue mask.

I'm not entirely sure which path is good. If she has an S2 figure, I'd have the option of choosing either one of them. But I would have to flip a coin and call it; heads for Ruby or tails for Sapphire.
