Not sure I've had anything like that. Are you ok now?

I used to experience them about 7-8 times a day. When I have them my pulse increases, I sweat constantly even when I'm cold, a constant sense of fear and dread makes it impossible to stay in one place for a few seconds, my breathing becomes shallow or increases to deep irregular breaths, it's impossible for me to hold a stare since my eyes dart every second or so and concentration becomes impossible.
I still get them, although nowhere as frequently and intensely. Go do something that makes you happy as soon as you feel one emerging. Distractions seem to work well. |

Yeah, i'm just in shock that this happened when usually I don't have anxiety or anything that related to causes of panic attacks.

Due to my anxiety I experience panic attacks rather often, sadly.

It depends, sometimes I'll get them very frequently, other times I won't. They can be fought off, but it can be difficult.
Depending on the kind, a good way to resist is to try to stay absolutely still (lying down, especially face down for me, can help), try to fill your lungs up with oxygen, and slow yourself down, if you're into meditation that can help, and ease yourself into a calmer state. It does take practice though. Focus on an object or mantra, that helps too.
