Has anyone ever seen death scenes if you don't press the action button correctly? Like when the Lava Golem crunches on Spyro and Cynder, or devour them in the first level? Or getting squash by the Golem in the final battle in Dragon City when it slammed the back of its hand against the wall if Spyro and Cynder doesn't jump off it and crushes them?

And not to mention Malefor, when he slams Spyro and Cynder against the wall while forcefully pushing them against it, killing them if you don't press the button several times?

Sends chills down my spine to see the deaths of our two favorite dragons...

Play some Resident evil 4 and you get to see your character get his head sawed right off.

I died at the very beginning because of that My cousin didn't help me pull out that thing that held you there fast enough and the golem squished us.

i died at the part when the second elite enemey was.

I think the Malefor death scene was most gruesome.

lawl. In Co-op, my partner didn't grab the thingy when the Lava Golem came for the first time and we got squished. ^.^

I also wasn't paying attention in Single Player when he attacks you on those platforms, and I got eaten.

That is all the ones I have seen so far.

Haven't finished the game yet. It FINALLY came out here on the 5th.

i got eaten toomi had to press the button to get cynder away from the golem and i pressed the wrong button i didnt think it would EAT them though

The Golem eats them both? I got told it only was Spyro. I kill that thing when I get the game!

which part do you get eaten at? and what happnes after? do you have to start the game again?

In the first level, you get eaten at the part when Spyro and Cynder are in the chasm with the pillars, if you don't press A, you'll get eaten by the Lava Golem, then at the end of the level, you have to press X several times or Spyro will get eaten and Cynder will be taken away as a dessert.

How many times does that Golem appear?

Well, if you die in the death scene, then you have to start over at the part before you have to press the buttons to move on and survive.

Cynder's death scene is a bit weird (on one player when she dies) she just swirls down into the darkness

Yeah, if you die while flying.

the music when you die is heartbreaking

try playing king kong when you die.

expect then you see hungry dinosaurs dance on your body.

but the death scenes are harsh and whats with the redness getting redder.

Yeah, one of the death scenes of DotD is when you don't press the button when the Lava Golem grabs of Cynder and pulls Spyro towards it, then opens its mouth and crunches him in one bite. *shiver* You can almost hear Spyro's bones.

I'm guessing you arn't a huge gore fan then, Aura!xD Nor am I, but those Spyro death scenes are more funny then gross for me. I am sure Sierra wanted to create them for more comical reasons anyway.

Yeah. I figure it too. But if they try too hard? its not funny att all.

SORRY but you have mistaken!!!

I dont have game yet, so i havent see dragons die and i dont mean that watching them death are nice. I am just curious and want to see the death scutcenes before i get the game.

Like Bh_W said, that's nothing like what you see in Resident Evil 4.

Resident Evil 4? Those death scenes were awesomeeeeeee! DMC too (you pretty much disintegrate into a skeleton and fall apart or something to that extent). Capcom's just good like that. >.>

DotD has to be the first Spyro game to show death scenes of Spyro.

The death scenes were funny Especially Spyro getting eaten by the Golem Oh and one time, getting squished is like very funny.
