Okay, so.. I've been telling you guys that I'd do this eventually.

I'm confident that by December I'll have made enough gains to feel comfortable about showing off a bit. So to motivate myself to keep training hard for the remainder of this year, and for a bit of fun for you guys, I hereby give my word that I'll post a new, premium-quality shirtless picture this Christmas.
The picture will not include my face (most of you have probably seen it anyway), but I'll probably include a timestamp to prove that it's me.

Well sure, by all means, be happy with yourself. What is acceptance without integrity of mind anyway?

Just saying, ignoring what others think is at least equally as bad. It's good to remember that it's our social enviroment that initiates most of our personality growth.

But yeah, let's drop it. I have to go swimming.
