Have you seen the ones in Texas? They're GIGANTIC. I have a lady next door who is literally ADDICTED to gardening, as in her house is completely covered with vines. Because of this, these big Texas roaches nest in there year round. Guess where they come to explore at least once every week? MY HOUSE. I'm not exaggerating, I gag and on rare occasions VOMIT at the site of these horrors. They are the bane of my existence. Thankfully, we've had an exterminator come every 2 months for about a year now, but I still hate seeing them dead, and the lady next door still doesn't want to have that exterminator tamper with her garden. We may call the homeowners association soon. Long story short, Roaches must DIE.

New York (or at least the city) also has rather large roaches that we call waterbugs, that could be as big as the size of someone's palm and can be tougher to kill (slam it with a shoe). Some of them are even capable of flying.

I don't like them. It's such an annoying feeling when you kill them too.
If they didn't live in my house with me, I'd be fine with them. At least they live within the walls.
