Anyone found the reservation card at Target for the Tablet Edition of Trap Team?

I haven't seen this anywhere yet, so if it has been answered, sorry. I want to get the tablet edition and get the outlaw brawl and chain, but I haven't found the reservation card in store. Has anyone seen it? THANKS!

I don't think one exists, just like there isn't one for the 3DS pack.

They show on their website you can reserve and get the brawl and chain for tablet. There isn't one for 3DS since it doesn't hold traps. It shows the same picture as the reservation card for all the other consoles.
