Main menu trouble? [CLOSED]

I have the game for wii (completed it... Too many times to remember) and on the main menu screen it freezes. If I go to 'LOAD GAME' and the music finishes, the game crashes and it says it cannot be read. However, if I play a save file before the music stops, it works normally. Lol. Anybody know why it happens? I think it's because my disc is scratched.
