After the events of trap team, there has been nothing happening in skylands. But one day an evil salamander named Enfeugo blew up a cavern looking for a mysterious crystal, called the Moon Stone, with secret powers even he doesn't know what it does. 16 new recruits to the skylanders went to stop him. Then the cavern started shaking and it blew up, sending these crystals all around skylands. The 16 skylanders had the crystals stuck to them, and it turned them into monsterized versions of themselves. They soon learned to control their new power and became the Monsters. Using their Monster powers to fight Salamanders evil group of Monsterized villans called the Monster 8!


Their are 16 monsterized heroes:
Infernelf- The leader of the team. He uses his flaming sword to swing at enimies.
Block Head- A rock golem. He is skyland's greatest miner with his mighty hammer.
Voodini- A pretty small hooded guy. He uses dark magic to control is voodoo doll minions.
Dream Caster- A spooky guy in a cape. Uses a staff to cast spells.
Magidor- A matador with an enchanted cape.
Gizmo- A goblin with a huge screw diver to fix anything.
Brawlder- A motor cycle riding Rock giant.
Ice breaker- A ice elf. Uses an icy pickaxe to pick at baddies!
Steam punk- An energetic little troll with a water-powered cannon.
Tomahawk- A hawk that proves the skies the limit. His name is his weapon.
Grim Slasher-My personal favorite. Uses A syhte tocut through evil.
Tridenter- This shark got bite!
Roots- A ent who will chop back!
Saber Tooth: A Tiger hunter with a saber
Glorifry: A lost prince who paid his debts.
Bird Brain: He is wise, in a small size!

Cabbad: Not all veggies are good for you.
Wartz: A country hog who can build anything.
And of course:
Enfuego: A huge salamander who plans to take over skylands with his new powers.

I think you might have a good idea here, i look forward to reading it when you get up and running.

I've started a fic myself so i know what it's like coming up with the ideas.

It's especially difficult when you make characters from scratch but you have some good ones.

Just one thing. Did you say one of the monsters was Mesmo, like THIS Mesmo?

No he's called mesmo because
while a skylander fights him in
his boss fight, he hypnotizes an
enemy nearby him to fight, for him while
he repairs his robot, the Mesmo-bot.
Basically he has hypnotic powers.

I thought of a few more cores:
Snapdragon-" Make it snappy!" Based on a plant called a snapdragon. He has huge teeth and is always hungry.
Tordust-" Gotta spin to win!" A huge tortoise with air nunchucks. You can see who it is based on...cowabunga!
Drynosaur-" You're history!" An undead T-Rex
And
Spike-" Get the point!" A rocky dog.

Thats it so far, I hope I can make them all. Next is
mini bosses and monster forms.

The others sound quite good too, you should get someone to make some artwork up.

I drew them myself. They have artworks ready for all the characters I talked about.

Hiding in the shadows, the monster 8 had been
making sure to hide the last two members.

Introducing:

Doom Spirit, and Light seeker

For the new moon and sun elements:

Doom Spirit controls shadows and can turn the
skylanders shadows into a evilized version of them.

Light seeker is a crazy guy. He controls any source of
light near by him, making him as evil as the other villans.


The monster 8 are now 10!

Also for the skylander monsters they also have two new guys joining the
team:

Samoonrai- A samurai. Uses a creasent shaped blade to slash enimies
" To the moon and back!"

Sungon- A elf shogon, uses a sun shaped shield in battles
" Don't stare at the sun!"

Star light- A mythical man from space.
" To count the stars!"

Foresight- A man with a shadowy appernce and is blind.
" Eye see all!"

The Mini bosses are fought before the real bosses. Each
mini boss is related to the boss in the level after them.
After a mini boss is defeated the next level has a main
boss.

Nice ideas, i look forward to seeing how they all fit in.

Thanks greeble, I have a story idea that will be 18 chapters long,
and will begin with how the Skylander monsters and the monster 10
got their powers, to defeating the Monster 10!

The first chapter will be called The power of the moonstones!
I will post it tomorrow, Sunday, and monday. Then it will be regular on mondays,
wedsday, and fridays! I hope you guys enjoy it!

I like a long story and 18 chapters sounds ideal.

Mine is nearly finished so i'll be taking a break for a little while.

I have got some stuff written, but if you want a hand with anything let me know.

Chapter 1:The power of the moonstones
One day on the Mountains of the Moon Shire, evil was a foot.
"Where are they, we must find them!" yelled Enfuego. "A question please?" Spoke
Iron Beak. "What are we supposed to be finding, we have searched these caverns for hours!"
"Don't question me!" Enfuego yelled. Then he sighed, " We are looking for the moonstones."
"Legend has it, the moonstones have power so strong...it can turn anything into a stronger
form of its self!". "I need this so I can win over skylands!" The other six looked at them, confused.
"Don't pay attention to us get back to work!". Back at the skylanders academy, a new team of skylanders
are training...until... . "Skylanders! We are in grave danger! A salamander named Enfuego is trying
to steal the moonstones of Moon shires moutains!" Said Master Eon. Infernelf was the first to
get this message. "Hey, team we have a mission!" he yells. The team members are ready to go!
At the Moon shire Enfuego has finally found a large amount of Moonstones. "Yes! I have found it!
Enfuego yells. "Not so fast!" yells Infernelf." Not whle the skylanders are here! A huge fight beings.
Then after Enfuego uses a huge fire ball, the cavern starts shaking. "Lets get out of here!" yells the stomper,
"Voodoo lifta roo!" voodini chants. His magic voodoo dolls try to block up the cavern, but then the whole mountain explodes. A huge boom is heared over skylands. The 16 skylanders emerge as monsters. Flynn shows up, with buzz and cali. "What happened to you skylanders!". "We have no idea." said Infernelf. "Whatever it is we have to send you to Master Eon!" Says Buzz. Then they all fly to the academy to talk to Eon.

Chapter 2: The temple of veggies

When the 16 skylanders, Flynn, Cali, and Buzz came back, they spoke
to Master Eon to find what happened to them. "Skylanders, this power that you have
required is that from moonstones ." he said. "Wait if the crystal blew on us... that means
it also went on Enfuego and his team!" exclaimed Infernelf. "So wait they can turn into
monsters too!" Dream Caster said. "Sadly yes, and if we don't stop them they can take
over skylands " Master Eon was worried. Meanwhile in anoter area the monster 8 where
discussing their major plan. "Now that we have this new power source, our plan can commence. "
said Enfuego. "Quetion. What was the plan again?" the Stomper asked. "Are you really that much of
a numbskull!". "We use our new powers to deafet the skylanders, then Master Eon will surrender to
us... as well as all of sylands!". "Then I'll prove I am a winner... the winner of everything! " Then Enfuego
sent cabbad to be the first of them to fight a skylander, at the temple of veggies. Luckily Mags was there to see
Cabbad's attempt to steal the golden carrot, and called the skylanders. Master Eon sent Roots, Food. Fight, and snap dragon. "Hey cabbad!" yells Roots. He transfoms into hi monster form to fight. "Skylanders, I'll deafeat you, because it's either veggies or bust!" Cabbad changes into his monster form. They all fight untill the battle is over.
Roots takes away Cabbad's moonstone. "One down 7 more to go... now Im hungry!" says Snapdragon. Food fight then finds a map, showing the location of the rest of the villans. "This map will help us for sure!" he said. Then they went to skylanders academy, with cabbad contained.

Chapter 3 will be tomorrow. Were they fight the mini boss Dragon bee.

Chapter 3: Escape from the woodcrackel forrest

After going back to the academy, another team of skylanders where sent to go to the Woodcrackel Forrest.
Saber Tooth, and hot dog were sent there to receive a message from Da Pinchy. Because they where oth good at tracking, they where perfect to do it. "Dragon bee do you have the key!" Enfuego said furiously. "Zzzorry mazzzter, I am zzzztill looking for it." Dragon bee replyed. "Well then...look faster!!!" Enfuego shouted. Dragon bee then left. Back at Woodcrackel Forrest, Sabor Tooth and Hot dog are still looking for Da pinchy. "You got a sent Saber Tooth?" asked Hot dog. "I smell something... but it smells like trouble.". Dragon bee is found where, the sent was coming from. Da pincy was their too. He was tied up in jungle vines. "Whats going on, where is da pinchy!". "Zzzkylanderzzz, why don't you buzzz off!" said Dragon bee. "Saber tooth then transformed into his monster form. A huge tiger. "Dragon bee then fought the monsterized Saber Tooth. Saber Tooth bit Dragon bee, then Dragon bee fainted. "That's why you don't hunt the hunter!". They freed Da pinchy and got info about a skykey at Rusty Island. When they went back to the academy, the skylanders found out that Rusty Island is one of the areas Enfuego is going to. Then it was realized the skylanders had to get the key before the villans do! Later at the monster 8's secret area, Dragon bee had to bring bad news... and good news. "Im zzzzorry mazzzzter, the skylanders are too powerful... I didn't get the key." "What!" Enfuego was infuriated. "But, I know where it was moved to.". Enfuego listened to Dragon bee's claim. "I know the perfect swine to go... Wartz its your turn." Enfuego said. "Finally, a shot at the skylanders!" Wartz said, then he laughed evilly.

Just to state if anyone wants to know why theres 18 chapters its because:

10 Monsterized villans + 8 mini bosses= each one in each chapter or 18 chapters.

Plus, their are 18 monsterized skylanders so each one of them and their monster forms will be present.

But; I am considering 4 more chapters to repersent adventure packs.

So Skylanders Monsters will have a four chapter, epiloue with it making it 22 chapters in total.

Im sorry for not posting chapter 4 yesterday, I was busy with my brother and sister.

Chapter 4: Rusty Island

The skylanders all met to find out where the skykey is. Master Eon sent gimo, and kranker to stop wartz.
Wartz was on the Island ready to find the key. "Once I get this key, I will please Master Enfuego. "Not so fast,Wartz!" yelled gizmo. "I thought the skylanders were coming,not a handyman and his toolbox." Wartz laughed. Wartz transformed into a monster hog. After that gizmo changed too and they brawled. Wartz was easily defeated, by gizmo and took him back to Skylanders Academy. Enfuego was angry. "That's it!" He yelled. He then went to a dark cave to find a tombstone. He woke up an evil spirt "Who daes wake up The great evil Doom spirit !". "I would require a little more... help." Doom spirit thought about it. "Ok but only if...you help me with something first!." The Monster 8 and Doom spirit go to the shining d hire to get his brother Light Seeker. Once Light Seeker was awoken he talked to his brother. "We are powerful beings of the sun, and the moon, what are we doing with them!". "They have the moonstones, with them, if they trust us we can rule over skylands of course! ". There was only one true evil, and Doom spirit was truly evil.

Sorry I've been gone so long I'll do three chapters today to make up for it:


Chapter 5: Rusty mountain

Doom spirit is in the lair with the other Monster 8. "So this is where you... "plot plans"". he said. " Yeah, it's pretty neat." answered the Stomper. " I am sorry master Enfuego, but I'm afraid another one of our members was defeated." informed Professor Iron Beak. " What! You fools are weak!" snarled Enfuego. "Rig Pig... please finish the job that your brother couldn't handle!". Rig Pig replied, "With pleasure. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!" Back at the skylander academy, saber Tooth asked Master Eon what the Skykey was for. "The skykey is an artifact that was lost in time. long ago when the first skylanders were formed, the skykey was made to be made to connect our world with the world of the Portal masters.". Before Master Eon could finish, Buzz came with news. "Sorry, but story time is gonna have to wait. We got more trouble back at Rusty Island." After flying back to Rusty Island, Steam Punk, Kranker, and rover try to look for what was causing the trouble. Then they found Rig Pig destroying stuff. "Oh hello skylanders ready to get blasted into peices!" "Not so fast!" yelled kranker. Kranker uses his huge air blaster to bring Rig Pig closer. "Bone gun, ruff!" yelled rover. Rover then shot Rig Pig's gun out of his hand. "This is what happens when you get me steamed!" yelled Steam Punk. He turned into his monster form and then defeated Rig Pig.

Chapter 6: The Scapper.

As the skylanders waited patiently for the next mission, Enfuego has been making more plans.
"Iron Beak, please tell me you have a good idea!" Snarled Enfuego . "Stop yelling at me!...let me think." He replied.
He rememberd he had his lab near Unkown cove. "Thats it! We must go to the scrapper!" Iron beak said. "It has a magnet that can attract the key". "Finally someone has a good idea!" Enfuego said. Then Iron Beak whispered, " Yes a good idea, MY good idea." Back at the academy, the skylanders got a message from Master Eon. "Skylanders, Iron Beak is going to the scrapper on unown cove." "You must stop him, before what ever he is doing happens.". Later when Dream Caster, Drynosaur, Necrowmancer, and clover came to invest, they saw a huge magnet flying in the sky. "I can get us up there." said Necrowmancer. Necrowmancer used a flying spell to make the others float while he flew. When they got on the flying magnet, they saw Iron Beak standing at the edge. "Hello skylanders, I belive you are too late." "Oh and Enfuego, Im not working for him. I tricked him so I can rule skylands! " "Oh no! Iron Beak has the key!" Clover exclaimed. "Don't worry. I have and idea. " said Dream Caster. He told the others his plan, and they quickly spring into action. Iron Beak turned into his monster form and said "You cant defeat me!". "Necrowmancer, now!" yelled Dream Caster. Then Necrowmancer put Iron Beak into a frozen state. Drynosaur then got his bone and started hitting Iron Beak. When Iron Beak unfroze, Dream Caster turned into his monster form. He jumped up to punch him, he was about to miss, but then clover used her lucky staff so that he made it. "How did you defeat me?!" Said Iron Beak. "Because, the skylanders are your worst nightmare! " Dream Caster exclaimed. Then they took Iron Beak to the skylander academy to be contained.

Chapter7: Fright Night

After taking Iron Beak to the containment center they heard that one of his creations, frightengale, was coming to set Iron Beak free. Master Eon sent Grim Slasher, and chop chop to battle him. "Rawwwwwrrrr!" The creatures roar was close. "We must be careful, chop chop." Grim Slasher said. Out of nowhere, a black cloud comes over the academy.
"I am frightengale!!!!!!!!" He roars. "And were the skylanders! " yells chop chop. "Frightengale is everywhere!" The creature yells. "I got this!" Grim Slasher exclaimed. Grim Slasher turned into his monster form. "Here take my axe!".
"Don't you need it!?" asked chop chop. "Nope..." Grim Slasher said he then summoned a huge bone baseball bat. "I have something else!". As frightengale flies toward him, Grim Slasher gets ready to swing. "Batter up!" he said as he swung the bat. Frightengale was sent flying and flew away from the academy. "Now that's a homerun! " he said. Once Enfuego heard about Iron Beaks betrayal, he was even more heated up. "That back-stabbing double crossing raven!". "Can I go next master." Said Mesmo. "Go ahead...but if you betray me like that crow, I will burn you!" Later at Doom spirit' s tomb, He and light seeker were searching for a machine. "What is it that we are looking for again brother." Light Seeker asked. "The sorce of all evil in skylands...there it is... The core of darkness.". "The opposite of the core of light, instead of good magic it spreads evil." "And?" Light Seeker replied. "Once I get the skykey I can activate it and turn the skylanders, skylands and the portal master's realm into my own puppet stage... where you and I use them as the puppets.". "What about that Enfuego fellow?"Light Seeker asked. "I will have him be my personal servant." They both then minicaly laugh about their evil plan.

Chapter 8: Freak showing

Mesmo is trying to remember this speech he prepared for when he faces thee skylanders.
"Okay... You cant win skylanders! "Mesmo acts out. Circus Freak then asked why Mesmo why they were at the Nightfall woods. "My dear friend, it makes it harder for the skylanders to get here, so we can set up." . "Smart idea master." Said Circus Freak. Now we must make a reason for the skylanders to show up.". Meanwhile at the skylanders academy, Voodini heard of Circus Freak's rampaging. He asked Hocus Focus to come with him. When they got to the circus, it was dark, then they heard a noise. Circus Freak then swooped down, surprising the skylanders. "Hello skylanders..." he said as he was hanging upside down. He g lipped on his feet and said "Welcome to the freak showig, today we'll be serving up laughs, giggles, and EVIL!!!" He then laughed hystericaly. "Reza ma voodoo!" Voodini yelled bringing his voodoo dolls to life. The voodoo dolls grew 50 times its original size. While the voodoo dolls were fighting Circus freak, Hocus Focus then used her crystal eye to show her the outcome of the battle. She then yelled, "Voodini turn into monster form." Voodini do that...time to craka ma shell!" Vooodini became a giant voodoo doll of himself. He then yelled, "Voodini smash!". Circus Freak was deafeated but
Mesmo had escaped.

I like it, its just that if it were to ever become one of the next skylanders game, the skylanders business would be shut down because they don't want to get there kid a video game with the words monsters in it. Also, I think you should get rid of the voodoo black magic dude. pretty sure parents wouldn't approve of that either. Dream caster is also to simmialer to Enigma. Otherwise, I think this is great and I hope it might actually become a skylanders game!

Voodini doesnt use black magic, the voodoo dolls are controled through a spell his people know.
The spell is called "reza ma voodoo!". It sounds like black magic,but its just like short cuts move.
Also if you see Dream Casters image it would have a cape with no hood, the cape is the same.
Both of them have unknown species and both have staffs, so yore kinda right.

Chapter 9: Mesmo's greatest trick

The skylanders were looking for Mesmo. He had been making the skylanders go on a wild goose chase. Untill a mabu warrior named john cottonworth found Mesmo at a huge stage. The mabu then gave Flynn the direction to Mstic Isle. Once there, Magidor and Alakatzam, searched the Isle. "Alakatzam, look over there!" Over the beach they saw a huge stage, just lik what cottonworth said. "Lets go!" Shouted. Alakatzam. Once they got there Mesmo approached them. "Hello all of...where are we again... oh yeah right,Mystic Isle, Welcome to...The greatest trick in the world!!!" "What is the trick!" Exclaimed Magidor. "The trick is the skylanders demise!!!" Mesmo than went into the curtain, and then came out n a giant robot in his description. "Meet the Mesmo-bot!!!" Magidor then grabbed his enchanted cape to disapper, as Alakatzam used his Magical gauntlet to attack the robot. "Hey, your robot is a good scratching post." Alakatzam said. Then Magidor emerged as a bull using his moonstone. He shouted, "You mess with the bull, you get the horns!!!". With a great charge he deafeated Mesmo.

Chapter 10: Icy Island

With half the Monster 8 deafeated, Enfuego started to be afraid. "What if they are stronger than I think... I will not lose again!!!" He remembered all the times he failed at something. He then remembered his latest failure. The one were he was defeated in a skating rink against Infernelf. "Master Enfuego, can I please cool down the skylanders?" Said Cluster Buster. Enfuego let Cluster Buster go as, worried of faliure. Cluster Buster was then spotted in Icy Island by Cali. "Skylanders, another monster 8 member was spotted in Icy Island. " "Thanks Cali!" Answered Ice Breaker. Ice Breaker then asked Hydro to come help him. Cluster Buster was stealing the island's Diamond cluster. "Stop right there Cluster!" Yelled Hydro. She was ready to fight. Cluster Buster transforms into his monster form. As they all fought, Hydro got a plan. "Ice Breaker? More like Ice Chipper! Your not even leaving a scratch!" . Hydro then informed Ice Breaker of her plan. As Cluster Buster charged at them, the plan came into action. Hydro shot water onto Ice Breaker's pick-axe. He then froze the water to make his pick-axe bigger. After that, he turnd into monster form, and smashed through Cluster Buster. "You just got served ice cold!" They then went back to the academy.

Chapter 11 will be tomorrow and I mean TOMORROW. Finally at the double digits! Please keep reading it gets better! I'll be sad when its all over... but I have a suprise in store...

Chapter 11: High seas hiest

As the skylanders now defeated 5 out of the 8 monsterized villans. The skylanders trained, Enfuego planed ahead. He had to send for the roughest pirate skylands has seen since Fright Beard. Captin Walren Stache, commonly known as Tidal Brave, because of his bravery. Tidal Brave was hired to get the sky key for Enfuego."I'll do the job Enfuego for money!". Tidal Brave then departed to skylanders academy. Tridenter was in the nearby tower, he was the first to see Tidal Brave's ship. He got Dogfish to help him prepare for a fight. Tridenter got his trident ready to fight. Tidal Brave and his scally wagging pirates were raiding the academy. "Get ready skylanders, Im Tidal brave, the bravest there is!!!".Tridenter used his legendary trident to trap the pirates in huge bubbles. Dogfish then tried to get the key back from Tidal Brave. Tidal Brave snatched the key and ran. Tridenter transforms into his monster form to defeat him. But as Tidal Brave was defeated the powerful Malestorm grabbed the key! "Sorry skylanders but you lose this time!" Malstorm left with the Sky key, the key to powerful secrets in skylands. Have the skylanders been thrown behind?
Master Eon called every skylander. "We must get that key back or... HE... will be back.". "Who's he?" asked spyro. Master Eon replied cautiously, "He is Doom Spirit."
