Well the first step to recovery is gradually weaning off it. You've become dependent on this substance, and if you don't stop soon, you will become heavily addicted and see to it as a crutch to your life... We definitely want to avoid that.
To start off, try to see if you can only use it once every other day. Occupy your mind with something else you love to do; a hobby or an activity you enjoy, to get your mind off of that urge for the substance. Then, gradually move on to bigger goals, such as using it only once a week, then once every two weeks, etc. Trust me, you will start feeling a lot of better.
Also, put away all of your tools. Seeing those things you use to get high will only increase your cravings, because they are right in front of you. Put them away out of sight, and this will help you move your mind away from that.
This takes a lot of mental strength and a lot of commitment to pull off, but I swear to you, it will be worth it.
Also, I'm trying to help you out, so please don't get upset at me if I offend you in any way. I love to help people, and I want to do something good for you. I hate seeing people addicted to things.
