First, everything goes to skylander dad. But, check out this video, and look around 5:26, there is a brand new eyeball villain! Also the Hand Eye guy is in the same level, and he has the gold border! Now, I know it's not confirmed, but I think a gold border means it's a doom raider! So, this makes 4 confirmed but unknown Villians.

I though owner TFB said there would be no light cores in this game

They never said specifically that lightcores were gone.

I still think there won't be Lightcores. I just think they don't want to face the backlash of admitting that they're giving up on them.
If they were planning on including them, they've really messed up. We're less than a month away from the game's release and we haven't heard anything about them. If they wanted us to buy light core figures, they shouldn't be trying to "surprise" us with them.

You know the weirdest part about the villains and traps? All the elements seem to have a proper setup of a trap for each villain, except for Magic, Tech and Undead. Undead only have 4 villains, but have 5 traps, Tech has 6 villains, but have only 5 traps and Magic have 5 traps while only having 3 villains. So in total, there's 1 Undead villain, 2 Magic villains and a tech trap unaccounted for.

I hope that LC don't return, their flashbomb attacks are the only ones that make them 'so' special.
Plus, the flashbomb doesn't instant K.O enemies in SSF so I don't think that they'll work in STT.

The Eye Hand Guy having a gold border is very interesting... To prove MetaVolca's point INCORRECT, the gold Border probably doesn't mean that they are Doom Raiders... Recall that Dreamcatcher's border is normal colors... and they probably wouldn't put two levels with Doom Raiders in them back to back.


And is Eye Scream the confirmed name?

The gold border, by the look of it, is the Light element. And yes, the name is real.

According to some images posted in another thread, the gold border is just a thing, and not specifically the Light element.

I believe that the gold ring means the villain has finished his quest
