So exactly how many villains can be in a trap at the same time. I need some info on this cuz I still feel nobody knows for a fact how these things will work. Do I need to get every trap to get every villain or what??? If someone decides to delete or move this please inbox me wit either the answers to my questions if you know them or where you moved my questions so I can check for the answers myself.

This has been answered numerous times but I will be the decent person and say:
Each trap can hold one Villain at a time, All the trappable villains you defeat go to a "Vault" which you can access from the main Hub and switch in a different Villain of the same element as the Trap itself.
Traps and Villains are elementally aligned. You need a magic trap for a Magic Villain. Only one villain can be "usable" in a trap at a time but can be switched out whenever you please at the Skylanders Hub world.

Gotcha so if I don't want to get every trap basically pick the one from each element I like the most and that's enough to get all villains in the game correct.

Do you know where I can get a pic of all the traps that are being released so I can pick the ones I like.

Not all the sculpts have been revealed, but skylanderscharacterlist.com and myskylanders.de are both good places to start. myskylanders is also part of darkspyro, and he recently showed us some in game pictures of more trap sculpts.

Yes, you are correct about only needing one Trap of each element to use all Villains. But can only play one at a time and then swap it out for a different one at the main hub.
