Not really a Lost Island question, but I'm hoping someone here may know the answer.
I'm trying to login to the Activision site to change the e-mail address associated with my account. The one currently in use is one that we no longer have access to, so I'd like to update it. We know the password, so my island is happily connected.
We've successfully done this for the account associated with my son's island, but when I try to do it for my island, I get a screen asking for "additional information". One of the required fields is Country, but the drop down is empty. Can't select anything. Can't enter anything. But the field is required, so can't proceed.
We've tried different browsers, but it doesn't seem to work in any.
Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions how to proceed?
