Any shiny 6iv legendary is most likely hacked regardless of which ever game it came from

Well I don't know if it is 6 IVs (I didn't check when I first caught it and I don't have any EV reset bags)

But it is a legal Groudon I know that (I caught it myself)

It all boils down to who ever is gonna take ur word for it being legit. Yes it could have been caught in SS. But it could have also been turned shiny at ANY point between then and now. As for the IVs its as simple as just checking them at the IV Judge.

Sort by: Creation date.
Have your 3DS with the eShop loaded out.
refresh the page, constantly.
Codes, codes everywhere.

It's this out of many things that makes me question you being 17 <.>

There's no point in getting these codes, the demo comes out in 5 days, so once that day comes, no more bragging rights for you. No one will care if you get a demo 5 days earlier than the rest of the world.

Also, the demo is pretty small. I've seen people trade multiple full great games for a demo of 5 characters and a single stage to fight on (Battlefield, you don't even get Final Destination.) That's insane, if you want your moneys worth, wait until the game comes out and use your resources on a full game.
