Help! My game was working fine after the recent upgrade, I'd logged on fine, got my new user name etc and all was well. That is unltil I went to load my game onto a new ipad. I am getting error code 224000. No idea what that is, so I changed my password and tried again and get the same message. Foolishly this threw me out my game that was working fine and now I get get back onto either! I've tried resetting my password, uninstalling and reinstalling, everything I can think if but I can't get back on :-( I'm gutted! I had every skylander, house, max level, tons of gems etc. I don't have a screenshot if my islands either. Any suggestions on what I can try? Thanks

Have you tried, on your original device, playing in airplane mode? If the error is happening when trying to load your game form the cloud, your local version might load up just fine. If so, at the very least, you can then get screenshots. Also, if you then try to login online, it might recognize your local save as being more recent and give you the option of using it.
