My lost Islands have been lost since last month [CLOSED]

Help if thier is an Activision peep on here please PM me, I have tried to get a ticket to fix this but have been ignored. Some update in August has prevented my Lost Island from opening it says "Kaos has been up to no good again and has blocked you from accessing the internet. Please check your connection and try downloading the latest content." Well all my other Apps are updating and opening fine. I have no issues getting online. I lost my Islands before the fire toy tower should have become for sale. Please help me, I have invested a lot of time (maxed Kingdom) and money and want to still play.
