Missing Earth Sanctuary/Sanctum [CLOSED]

My daughter's game on the her android device is missing the Earth sanctuary/sanctum. Not sure how/where she lost it, but any ideas on how to get it back ?
I tried to log a ticket at Activision but it said I had an account. After resetting the password, now the website says it's not a recognized account. ?!?!

Any help would be appreciated.
