Also actors/actresses who because that one movie or show that meant so much to you, will always have your respect.

For me, Johnny Depp and Steve Zahn will always have my respect as actors because of what "Benny and Joon" and "Mind Games" meant to me personally.
Sean Astin is probably one of my favorite people ever, I want to read his auto biography more than anything, what I've read about him and out takes from his book is just amazing, great inspiration when you start feeling like you've git a hard life. Really inspires me.
Mark Harmon because of him doing the stand up to cancer thing, everyone else who did it looked so dull" Oh yeah, cancer, bad stuff" he on the other hand had emotion, he at least looked like he actually cares.
Tim Gunn for reasons I cannot explain.
Michael Jackson, because I know how it is to have discoloration all over, while what we have is not the same nor is mine as bad, yet, I still know I wouldn't go on stage looking like I do.
Lucille Ball IS my favorite person the universe and I don't exactly why, its like Josh Nickels and Oprah.

I don't really follow or look up to any modern actors, but I will always revere Fred Gwyne and Groucho Marx.

I don't really look up to any actors or actresses. There are some I like, but I don't exactly look up to them or anything, so..

I really find Natalie Portman and Miyam Bialek to be inspirations. They're both strong scientists and but also strong in the arts field and I thoroughly enjoy their works.

Seeing how I'm looking more and more into being a baseball pitcher, I suppose R.A. Dickey. Dude didn't have the greatest childhood ever. And while it took him until his late 30s to get his knuckleball down, since then he's been a pretty solid pitcher, eventually winning the Cy Young award (which goes to the best pitcher in the league) in 2012. He also operates a foundation that helps people in Latin America.

I suppose with that in mind I also look towards Matt Harvey and Jacob deGrom; two other Mets pitchers that have come to prominence in 2013 and 2014 (respectively). Also they could play a big role in the Mets finally coming into contention in the next few years, so I'm not alone in this opinion.

I don't really look at celebrities or famous people (or anybody, really) as inspirations or people that I look up to enough. These are just three people off the top of my head who could very well help me develop a craft that I could use as a career. And the latter two could send our team to our first playoff appearance since 2006.
