That is to hide the individual numbers underneath each figure. It's the codes you send to Activision when you have a problem with a toy and need a replacement. Now the fun part from this guy would be, does these figures work? Highly unlikely as most of these figures tend to not work like how matteo got a bunch of figures to see if they worked and only Slobber Tooth did back in Swap Force.

The Mirror of Mystery must be the coolest new Adventure Pack item ever and the very first holographic. Can't wait to play that, and the Nightmare Express.
