Very interesting question, I don't know how to answer...hmm
Technically I do have a younger sister, so, middle, 2nd youngest of 7. However, should probably just go ahead and say youngest.

Oh! And btw, if you have a half sibling or step sibling they count, especially half, whether or not you like it, not having full siblings doesn't make you an only child.
