In the online status bar down the bottem of the Forum index, anyone who you've veiwed the profile of is brown and anyone you havent is blue, I was thinking you could have markers of who your friends where with something like green or a star on either side. That way you would be able to tell if your friends are on wothout having to scan the brown names.

I like that idea, also having it as a java or something and it automaticly updates to say when online without you pressing F5 constantly

I looked at my profile box and found i was a green sparx (and i had gotten used to being red) so i went to see what my friend was and her name was green, so was another one, and i knew it was this.

For a second there, my only friend added was Crashdude55, as I didn't really notice this friend feature. Then, when I logged in, I thought he became a moderator! Lol.

By the way, can there be an easier way to add friends? Like an 'Add Friend' button at the top or something.
