They usually upload "What's New"/"Overview" trailers a few days before the big website update.

From the trailer, it looks like some of Blades' attacks will include:
1) Melee Wing Attack
2) Tornado
3) Spin

Seeing how we now have an "Unknown" element, it's possible that Noodles can be captured.

Also, the Golden Queen is officially my favorite new villain.

But there is already 6 water. And some of the other villains don't really make sense in their element, so really he could be placed in any. Regardless I probably wouldn't use him, but if he were water that would stink in my opinion. It'd Starr getting cluttered with water villains.
