Future Spyro Games [CLOSED]

I know there will be more Spyro games in the future, since Chris and Mike confirmed there will be.

Since Spyro and Cynder are seen alive at the end of DotD


I'm sure they'll sure continue with the games that revolve around LoS series. With all the returning characters like Sparx, Ignitus as well as Hunter and the other Guardians, and possible new allies and villians, but I think they won't add The Legend of Spyro in the game title. Especially with features like Free-Flight again.

yeah! i don't know how a spyro game could get better than DOTD but i would like a new one!!!!!

well it could be Life of Spyro or something like that. but i am sure they make new saga. i posted and asked, they answer that they just figure it.

I have TONS of ideas for spin-off: Complete trilogy with his sister, Violet. Story is epic as LOTR. Imagine that in a videogame. DotD is nothing compare what I have came up with. All, in my head, and I cant do anything with it (crying)...! Live isnt just fair.

Yeah, a fan character. Violet won't be in any Spyro games, because they'll stick to the LoS storyline and there were no other young dragons like Spyro and Cynder since the Apes crushed all of the eggs, except Spyro and Cynder's.

So back to the topic, I think the next game will be around the LoS series since they won't go back to the old Spyro games after they confirmed it.

Let's hope that they move this game to a much more powerful game company. Because this company hasn't been doing weel with this game. But still this game isn't half bad, so they may keep some of the same stuff and put in new extras.

Really Forgotten World? I thought it was pretty good. The combat and game story i gave a thumbs up on. But i think they could've spent a little extra time on the camera. (Sometimes it got really annoying.)

Well It's that and many other glitches that I found,
like the frame rate dropping. The fact that spyro can go through rocks without breaking them, or large enemies going through wall without leaving a dent. Some bad voice acting, not enough 3D work, flat platforms, Bad camra, and the annoying controls.
Most of it was rather minor, but some of the bugs and the camra was a huge letdown. The thing that I hope that another company does is have the same beautiful music. Fabulous details without a problem, and another adventure that is at least as long or longer, and basicly a good camra. there are reason why I gave the game a 60/100. Now the main reason that I want a more powerful company to make another spyro game. Is because I want the score to go up to at least 90/100.

I think Etranges Libellulles did an excellent job in working on the graphics of DotD, if they make more Spyro games, they should make them by EL again.

Yeah! EL was made for Spyro!!!

Probably will continue from what happened in the ending. And will revolve around TLoS. I didn't heard anything about his destiny fufilled.

That's true. Many Spyro games have come out on a one-a-year basis. So unless this next game is going in a completely different direction that just starting a new storyline in the Legend universe, we can probably expect to see a new game by October/November of 09.

well i ahd a post about gameplay in dutch and 1 said this is the end of this trilogy[we know that ages ago] but that other 1 said yeah but isnt this a start of a new trilogy so i hope there right tbh

I will be glad to see a Spyro game where Spyro and Cinder are older.
And I think it will be kind of nice to see a game where Spyro and Cinder have a kid smilie
