I can't believe I'm doing this, but [CLOSED]

I need computer help. And I'm asking you guys.

So my friend's laptop has the strangest thing. When you insert the password to the Wifi connection given by the router, it opens another window to insert it again, and then, it just says that it's incorrect.

Anybody familiar with this? T.T

It came on the router, as I said before. I doubt it's the wrong one.

how long has it been having this issue? have you tried restarting or doing a system restore?

Tried restarting, and searching for incompantible drivers. Both unsucessful.

Attempting systen restore would lead to nowhere. This router is a new one that apparently started with this issue.

if restarting the router doesn't work then try changing the wifi password from another computer

Have you tried turning it on and off again?
But for real, maybe it's simply incorrect.
