Mine has got to be Masker Mind. He has quite a little personality going for him and he lets you control non trappable enemies, not to mention he is so cool looking.

Out of the ones we've seen gameplay for, either Sheep Creep or the Chompy Mage. I just hope CM's Villain Quest makes him summon Chompies faster and/or more of them.
