*says good bye to the next five months of my life*. Here it is! The beginning of my next trilogy...

Chapter 1: Rise To The Beginning

Spyro and Cynder looked down at the two eggs that lay in the nest. One of them was a bright purple that glowed in the daylight sun, whist the other was dark with a smooth surface to it. Cynder and Spyro both smiled at each other and then turned there head back to the two eggs. "It's been a long time Spyro..." Cynder said. Looking down at the eggs. "Don't worry, remeber what Ignitus had said. It may take time." Spyro said. He knew what she was thinking. "Cynder, don't worry, it'll be fine..." Spyro said as the walked away from the nest. "Im not sure, it wouldn't usualy take this long. Would it?" Cynder asked. Spyro looked at her confused. "Cynder Im as puzzled as you are, now lets forget about that for now and just focus on the future..." He said as the two of them walked into the sleeping chamber.

Cynder turned her head to Spyro and nodded. "Your right, Im getting too worried." She said shaking he her head. Spyro nodded and smiled to her as they lay down on the stone floor. "So... Spyro? Have you thought of any yet? Thought of any names?" Cynder asked. Spyro nodded. "For many years Cynder, for many years I have known this would come." Spyro said. Cynder looked at him confused. "What day?" Cynder asked. Spyro nodded and smiled. "I think, that seeing as one of them is purple, if its a girl Violet but if its a boy Malefor." Spyro said. Cynder nodded as she smiled. "Yes... Yes ok." She said. "But what of the other one? What about them?" Cynder asked. Spyro looked puzzled trying to think of a name. "That is a very good question... Didn't the legends say that they name Malefor after a word how they felt when they first looked at him?" Spyro asked. Cynder nodded. "And the same with me." She said. Spyro lay his head on the ground. "Then we shall wait until then." He said smiling to Cynder.

Oh yeah, before Chapter 2 I just need to explaine what the characters have been up to and stuff since The Dragons Of Shadow by means of a character Bio...

Spyro: Spyro is now the Guardian of Fire, Electricity, Ice and Earth after the other Guardians left the temple to teach the younger Dragons of the City of Warfang. (Note: Remember, in these series the end of DOTD hasn't happened so no spoilers!)

Cynder: Cynder is now bringing back an old tradition of Dragon training becoming the guardian of Poison, Fear, Wind and Shadow. Such tradition has not been performed for over hundreds of years.

Cryaton, Ruby and Noirnet: Cryaton, is a male Dragon, he has the ability of Electricity and like his other siblings is 9 years old. Ruby is a female Dragon, she has the power of Fire. Noirnet is a female Dragon, she has the ability of Shadow. These three Dragons are triplets. They were left my a Dragon as eggs in the city of Warfang. Ignitus brought there eggs to the temple. They had no idea who there real parents were, but Spyro and Cynder treated them just as they were there own children.

Malefor: Malefor is a young Dragon named after the Dragon that the other Cynder had named her son. He is a purple Dragon and therefor as the ability of Fire, Electricity, Ice and Earth.

Senka: Senka is t a young Dragon and is the sister of Malefor, she was named aftter the Serbian word meaning 'Shadow'. She, like Cynder, is a black Dragon and has inheritted her elements Posion, Fear, Wind and Shadow.

Wymond: Wymond was swarn to protect the four Relics Of Darkness. If all four these relics were placed into the wrong hands then who ever had these relics would be able to summon the powers of destuction at there hands. Each different Relic maches a different ability that if one user had them it would make them unstopable. Invinsibility, Mind Control, Pain and Death.

Anyway, on with the next chapter.

Chapter 2: Lost Dreams

Cynder tossed and turned around in her sleep. She began to shake her head in worry. "No..." She whispered to herslef whilst till shaking around. "No... No... Not again... Not back there..." She continued. Spyro lifted his head up and looked down at Cynder as she continued to talk in her sleep. "Cynder..." Spyro asked confused. Suddenlt she oppened her eyes in shock. She turned around to look at Spyro and gave a sigh of releaf. "What was happening?" Spyro asked conserned. Cynder looked at him Confused. "What do you mean?" She asked nerviously. Spyro shook his head. "Never mind Cynder, just nothing." He said. Cyder lay her head back on the stone floor in fear. She knew edsactly what Spyro meant, edsaactly what had happened but she was too afrade to face it. She closed her eyes again as she fell asleep.

Cynder was woken in the morning by the sound of Cryaton calling for her. "Cynder... Wake up Cynder..." He said. Cynder opened her eyes and looked directly at Cryaton as she stood infront of him. She turned her head to look at where Spyro had been sleeping. "Cryaton? What are you doing? And where's Spyro?" She asked tierd. He walked up to the door that left the room. "There hatching Cynder." He said. Cynder raised her head and folowed Cryaton as he walked through the door. There, infront of the next were Spyro, Ruby and Noirnet looking down at the eggs. Cynder walked up to them and raise her neck above them so she could see. They began to shake once more and imediatly the Purple egg formed a crack around the top of it. A small golden horn pocked its way through the shell and with one last push it peeped its head out of the top.

It shook in fear as everyone staired at it. It hid its head away from them in worry. Spyro smiled. "A boy Cynder, Malefor is it then." Spyro said. He turned his head to look at Cynder confused. "Cynder? Are you ok?" He asked. But she was not. She wasn't looking at th purple egg, she was looking directly down at the black egg as it stopped shaking. "Spyro... Spyro whats happened?" Cynder asked dreading the answer. Cryaton, Ruby and Noirnet looked at eachother worridly. Spyro didn't know what to so. He was as worried as Cynder as he looked down at the black motionless egg in fear. Suddenly the small Malefor climbed out of his egg and crawled along the ground up to his siblings egg. He began to feel the smooth surface of it with his front foot and as he did it began to shake. Spyro and Cynder both smiled at eachother as the egg cracked open as a small black head pocked out of it looking up at Spyro and Cynder.

Ok, I was up all night writing the last chapter to the story and now I've got to think of everything to go in between the last chapter...

Chapter 3: The New Legend

It was the next day and Cynder had woken up earlier to look after Malefor and her other hatchling which they had named Senka. She looked down at the two of them and they stumbled around on the floor of the temple. Ruby, Cryaton and Noirnet would try to play games with them to keep them entertained. But there was one question that was puzzling Spyro. It had only been two generations since he was born so why now, why another purple Dragon. He tryed not to think about it to much and focused more on Malefor and Senka. Spyro was stood oon the balcony outside the temple looking at the sky above him as Cynder walked up behind him with a smile on her face. Spyro turned his head and looked at Cynder as she walked up to him.

"So, Spyro..." She said smiling to him. He nodded but then sighed. "Whats wrong?" She asked. Spyro shook his head. "Its nothing, just... Nothing." He said. She looked at him curiously. She had known him too long to be able to tell that he had something worrying him. "Spyro, you can tell me." Cynder said comforting. Spyro smilied at her and shook his head again. "No, it realy is fine." He said. Cynder still wasn't sure but she trusted him. Noirnet came outside behind Spyro and Cynder. She stood next to Cynder. "Young Dragon, its good to see you." Spyro said smiling. She smilied back, which is something that she didn't normaly do. Noirnet liked to be on her own most of the time. Cynder said it was her nature of possesing the Shadow element. Noirnet looked up at the blue sky as she smilied. "Is there anything wrong Noirnet?" Cynder asked. She sighed and nodded.

Cynder turned around to face her. "Whats the matter?" She asked comforting. Noirnet lifted her head to Cynder. "Its just, Malefor and Senka. Its made me think about my mother and father. Wether they think about it, wether there still alive." She said as a tear dropped onto the floor infront of her. "Don't worry Noirnet, Im sure it will be fine. Im sure they think of you everyday." Cynder said. It made her feel good to give advice to Noirnet. It would have been all that Cynder would have wanted, especialy since Convexity had made her kill her own parents. "Now, run along young one. Go and talk to Ruby, she'll probably be feeling the same way." Cynder said. As Noirnet walked back into the temple the sky above them suddenly began to get darker. "There must be a storm." Spyro said. He turned around and walked into the temple waiting for Cynder to follow. But she didn't she remained still listening to the voices in her head. 'I wan't it Cynder... You will find it for me Cynder!' The voice yelled. Cynder turned her head. There was no one around her. She quickly ran in as rain began to fall from the black clouds above them.

Im gonna do an old classic of mine and skip... 5 years in the future... Ok, Malefor and Senka are 5 years old (duh) and Cryaton, Ruby and Noirnet are 14 and Spyro and Cynder are five years older than they were in chapter 2 (lol).

Chapter 4: Moving Shadows

It was night time and Spyro and Cynder were both asleep in the sleeping chamber. Cryaton, Ruby and Noirnet were sleeping next to eachother on the other side of the room to the two of them and Sekna lay next to Spyro and Cynder. But Malefor was worried that night, he couldn't get to sleep. Something was bothering him but he couldn't think what edsactly it was. 'Malefor...' A voice echoed in his head. Suddenlt Malefor was consumed in darkness, unable to see anything around him. He felt worried as he stumbled around in fear at the voice. 'You can't hide from me Malefor...' It continued. Malefor didn't speak. He stood still not wanting to say a word. 'I want something from you Malefor... I need you to get it for me...' The voice said. Malefor was confused. He didn't have anything of value or anything worth having.

"Wh... What do you mean..." He stuttered. Two glowing white eyes appeared infront of him through the darkness. 'I need you Malefor! I need you to help me get what I want...' The voice continued. Malefor began to feel more worried, as if the voice was tormenting him. "Who... Who are you..." Malefor asked in fear. There was a long silence as Malefor covered his wings over his head. '[i]Oh, I have many names Malefor... And you like many others know them all...[i]' The voice said. Malefor shook his head in fear. "No... No... What do you want from me!" He yelled and as he did he was woken by Senka. "Malefor!" She whispered. He opened his eyes and looked at her. "Senka... What... What happened?" Malefor asked. Senka rolled her eyes at him. "I was just about to ask you the same thing, you've been talking almost all night!" She said.

Malefor looked at her confused. "I have?" He asked. Senka lay back down on the floor. "Just, try not to talk anymore. You'll wake our mother and father up." She said. Malefor nodded and rolled over with his back to Senka. He shook his head and rolled his eyes. 'I must be out of my mind...' He thoght to himself. He still couldn't get back to sleep. He just kept wondering about the voice. Who it was, what they wantted and he knew that he would have to talk to his father in the morning when he woke up. But now he needed to get as much sleep as he could. He didn't want to be tierd for his first training tomorow.
