Throughout the level the element that is strong in that zone is in the top left corner. In the last few minutes it's a KAOS head. I could mean Kaos element or could just mean Kaos himself is strong in that zone. I guess we'll find out. What do you think?

It probably has something to do with the villains, as GothamLord pointed out, it may be an area where villain characters are stronger.
