i think i'm going a little insane [CLOSED]

so last night i logged off facebook and put my phone (which i was using facebook on) on charge and went to sleep with the TV on. i woke up at 4am and the tv was still on but the menu of the DVD was up and i turned it off. so i reached down for my phone cause it'd been charging long enough and it wasn't there. now it's 10am and i just woke up again and it's not there..this isn't a dream. i don't think. but i'm doubting that i ever put my phone on charge and my brain is just asdfghjkl;'#

I've been insane since around the age of 10 or 11.
My closest friend is has psychologist parents and knows a good bit about that sorta stuff and admits I'm not normal.
And then there was the time I let a friend graphologize my handwriting...
