All of a sudden, strange dragons started swooping out of the sky. What do they want? Shadmé wondered. The shadow dragon whined, and Shadmé stood over him protectively, wings spread, and hissed. She blew a small plume of dark purple fire at the one that came too close, trying not to hit his child.
The dragons dipped and dodged around the fire, and out of nowhere, the little one leapt up for a hug. What kind of attack is this?! Shadmé grabbed the child and tossed it off gently to the side so it wouldn't get hurt, then spat more dark fire at the older one.
Shadmé snorted some smoke, but didn't attack again. As protective as she was feeling, she really wasn't in the mood to hurt anyone, especially after seeing that the dragonet wasn't showing any hostile signs, even after she'd thrown it. "Fine," she relented. "This dragon is hurt. Does anybody know how to help him? I believe he's unconscious."
Wisp opened his eyes and flew out of the cave.
Spiral had been standing off, a fair distance, and was watching the confrontation.
Shadmé stared at Sky a long moment. Is he a Water and Wind? How will he heal...well, maybe he has skills in herbs or something. With a sigh, she folded up her wings and stepped aside.
The mysterious dragon twiched his tail alittle and wined alittle more. He heard voices around him but couldn't make them out. He opened his eye enough so they wouldn't know he was conscious again for he was still really banged up.
A movement distracted Shadmé enough to turn to the dragon again. An eye was open.
She immediately lowered herself to her belly and crawled towards him again. "Are you okay?" she whispered.
Shadmé gritted her teeth. This was worse than she thought. At least the dragon was conscious enough to speak, even slightly. "What can I do to help..?" She trailed off because she did not know his name.
The red and black dragon dipped her head. "I'm Shadmé." She remained close to Shade as Sky treated his wounds. "I don't know anyone else," she whispered only to him. "But the blue one's helping, so maybe they're good. I don't trust them yet- I found you by myself."
"Don't remember all of it seemed like a blur but all I remember was creatures allaround me then it all went white." Shade said. If Shadmé were to look at Shade's horns they had a very faint white aura around them that slowly faded away.
"Hmm," Shadmé murmured, noticing the last bit of the glow. "That's strange. I don't know anything like that." Her gaze moved to the ground, then back up to Shade. "Sorry I'm not much help. And hey...were your horns just glowing?"
The Light Element? How unusual that this dragon, who most certainly did not look young, had lived his life without this knowledge. So Spiral stepped forward. "I am Spiral. I have skills in the Light and Dark elements."
Shadmé glanced between Sky and Shade. "Your horns are glowing again," she pointed out before the purple dragon stepped forward. She narrowed her eyes at him.
"Huh they are?" When Shade said that the sun went behind the clouds and his horns glowing slowly went away. He looked at Spiral who suddenly came fourth and made a low growl at him. "Who are you?" He slowly got up but his legs gave out on him and he fell again.

"Like I said, I am Spiral. I travel around, and my wish is to learn about everything," he expressed. Seeing that Shadmé would not stop glaring at him, he sighed. He'd seen the black and red dragoness around the beach occasionally, and they tended to avoid each other.
"And it appears that if you are utilizing Light powers, they are coming from the sun," he noted, gesturing with his tail to the sky above, then Shade's horns. "Every time the sun pokes out, your horns glow. Now that it is behind the clouds, the light from your horns has dissipated."
Shade still glared at Spiral but he stoped being hostile towards him. "You seem to know your elements. Can you tell me more about this light element I have.
Shadmé glanced between the dragons, wishing she had Light as well. She only knew about Fire and Darkness, which Shade seemed to know as well, if she had to guess.
"Light is an element associated with purity," Spiral started. "It is used for many things, most notably playing a defensive role in helping and healing allies. Light can also be used offensively. A flash of light can cause serious damage to an opponent's retinas, and a physical manifestation of light can be harmful in large doses."
Spiral folded his wings in and thought a moment. "Fascinating. Well, your ability is just showing itself now, after being exposed to the sun." A sudden thought came to him, and he blinked. "You are...from this world, yes?"
"No I am from a different world far from your own world you call home. I was flying and then a sudden storm came and then the last thing I remember is a flash of light then it all went white." Shade said. He looked at Kihei "No I have fire and appearntly light." He then was shocked when Isis huged him. "Well you are a friendly one aren't you?"
