How do you set a profile picture on this site? [CLOSED]

This is a noob-ish question but I just joined recently and seriously can't figure it out

Click on Settings near the top of the page. Near the bottom, there's a section where you set your avatar, you can either upload a picture from your computer (the pic has to be 100x100 pixels) or you can click on View Gallery to choose from some Spyro/Skylanders pictures.
