Just a non-spoiler version of my DotD fanfic but takes place after it. Besides, I was spoiling too much Just let me take time for the first chapter.

Summary:
After Malefor has died, Cynder wakes to find out that Spyro is missing. When the Dragon Realms is drowning to another force from another world and Cynder will have to find where is Spyro and save the realms from the great darkness.

Okay, okay. Here is a very crappy beginning.

Chapter 01
The Shadows Roam

Cynder slowly opened her eyes. She looked around. Every single memory she had was lost...all except, one light, one hope, a hope for dragonkind...''Spyro!!!'' Cynder cried.

She took a look around. All she could see was blazing red trees. Cynder blinked. What was happening? ''Cynder...do you see it...?'' A voice said. ''What!? All I could see is darkness!" She cried.

No response.

Cynder growled. She quickly got up and ran about like a dragon not knowing what to do, which she was. ''The shadows...my own regin...'' The voice replied, this time, it was carried through the winds.

It wasen't Malefor, it wasen't anybody she knew, it was niether. Cynder lifted up her head. ''What...?'' She asked to herself.

''Inturder!''

Cynder blinked. ''Who's there!?" She cried. Before she could turn around to know who it was, she blacked out.

Actually, to tell the truth, bionicle inspired me with his fanfics. FOR REAL! I had to do this more epic or maybe just epic.

Chapter 02
Reuniting

''She is awakening!"

''Quiet down, Meadow! She might be on to us!''

Cynder slowly opened her eyes to find herself, on a lush village, strange creatures staring at her. ''Cheetahs...'' She thought. A dark yellow cheetah stepped up to her with a stern look on his face.

This cheetah seemed familiar, and the cheetah knew this strange intruder was familiar...''Do you want us to kill her, Hunter?'' Meadow asked. Hunter shook his head. ''Don't touch her.'' He replied. He then turned towards the inturder and said, ''Cynder...good to see you again.''

''You too, Hunter, Meadow.''

By that time, Cynder was released on her chain. She looked around. Everything was fine...''Something wrong, Cynder?'' Hunter asked. The black dragoness nodded her head. ''The shadows are supposed to be here...'' She told to herself.

Hunter heard it. He turned towards Meadow and said, ''Look...'' He pointed towards the southern part. Cynder looked. ''I see...'' Meadow said, putting his claw to his chin. ''I guess these 'shadows' are getting closer...''

Cynder twitched. Should she tell them? Or would she not alert them? She sighed. ''See? Powerless...'' A voice said. Cynder growled. ''No...'' She growled. ''I'm not powerless...not ever...''

''Hunter! Look!''
