Hi everyone! I've saved up enough money to finally purchase a 3DS. I'm really behind. xD; So I'm hoping to do it this week at the latest. I thought of buying a midnight purple regular 3DS, but after reading the "discontinuing the 3DS" thread, I started wondering about my choices.
For those who own any type of 3DS/2DS, I'd like to hear from your experience playing it! Why is your version better? What pros and cons does it have stored?
Thanks for your time! And if anyone is wondering... my first game will be A Link Between Worlds. I haven't played a Zelda game in a good while, so I figured I'll give it a shot.

I have both a release day cosmos black 3DS and The Legend of Zelda 3DSXL from using both of the the XL is much more comfortable to hold and the battery life is much better. If you can afford the 3DSXL I would definitely recommend that one over the regular.

I personally got a 2DS but that's just cause it came bundled at a good price.
I would like a 3DS XL in some blue shade, but what I have satisfies me greatly. |

I have a cosmos black normal sized 3DS.
Currently on Amazon the black 3DSXL is only a few dollars more off the mainstream vendor. If you don't mind the XL being too big for your pocket, you should pick it up.
