Meet Buzz, a new character in Skylanders Trap Team who, like Flynn and Cali, will help you on your adventure!


This leads me to believe that he may have a larger part in the game that we expected. What do you guys think?

I expected him to have a large part. I mean, the people who tell us what to do in the first level usually do...

I think he's a kinda Sharpfin. I expect him to be in a level or two and at certain places to help the adventure along.

He looks cool, but... I hope this doesn't mean no Hugo again.

It would be interesting if they pulled a curve ball and he was actually a double agent for Kaos. That would explain his shot looking like a playable character shot, but I doubt they will. They missed the opportunity for the Akreyan Conquertron to betray Kaos in Giants so this may just be a stretch.

Buzz looks like a Mabu. Does that mean we are getting back Mabu characters again? I hate how there were none in SSF. Just fox-people and characters that look like Gill Grunt, Terrafin, and Slam Bam.

Swap Force made you feel that Skylands have more than one race but I suspect Toys For Bob will remain racist and make the supporting characters only Mabu (kidding! Kidding! I saw some gameplay).

They should really introduce races that look like other Skylanders: Dragons, Elves, Golems, and etc.

What I'd really love to see is more acknowledgement of other Skylanders. Like how back in Winter Keep, they actually mentioned that the Illuminator was given to them from Whirlwind. It was a nice nod to her and actually showed that they do indeed respect the Skylanders who protect them and fight evil. More nods like that would be cool and maybe some new races of the characters like crocogators or other creatures would be nice.

You can see lots of Mabu(s?) in the Soda Springs playthrough, so yes, they're back.

I think Sharpfin was in too many levels last time...I liked the mixup SSA provided. There's enough characters to spread the love now. Heck bring back T-bone if there's another ghostly level.
