Bug or new skin? (even though it's quite cool) [CLOSED]

The last time I was here it wasn't like this, now instead of the grey plenty of gems in the background, now there is a pitch black background, is it a bug? If you see it keep it or leave it as option for skin, because it looks cool, well, I don't have an account on any image hosting site, so there is not a way to me to show unless via email
