Hey, DaemonWolf. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the sticky thread is Activate only. I'm on Android, so no GameCenter, but I've fought the same battle as you. You might try the Lost Islands fan page on Facebook. They have posts every now and then where people try to connect through GameCenter.
