I haven't experienced motion sickness playing it before, though I've only really played the PS3 version, if that makes any difference.

Lol co-op gives me worse headaches (though that's probably just the confusion ;P) and I tend to get nauseous (not sure if it's screaming my lungs out at whoever I'm playing with or if it's just the smaller screen when playing splitscreen).

Still danged awesome game lol

I didn't get motion sick playing any of the Portal games, but my sister and mother both got ill from watching me play for a few minutes.
