Most Comic Con panels don't get streamed on the internet, it's very unlikely.

Is it probable (or at least possible) that we will see some new gameplay or even characters, regarding this event?

Probably wont see any streams of it. The info will just be sent out afterwards/during and then people playing it will probably upload gameplay videos.

head's up Portal Masters -- I was at the panel filming - I'm hoping to get some video up soon - it's tough cause I'm out of town but trying to get vids up as soon as I can. Also - the Activision team was there filming the entire panel so they may post some highlights of their own.
